Civil Supervisor

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join its Construction team within the Oil, Gas & New Energies business in Abu Dhabi. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and responsible for overseeing field construction activities for projects up to $25 million.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of field construction for small to medium sized projects or specific disciplines of larger projects.
• Direct construction specifications, budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on‑time and within budget.
• Apply in‑house construction management procedures to maintain quality, integrity and reliable control.
• Provide continuity and consistency of construction management with quality assurance.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising civil construction on‑site, preferably in oil, gas or energy projects.
• Ability to manage budgets up to $25 M and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of construction specifications, scheduling and quality assurance processes.
