Civil Supervisor – Project & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor / Project & Business Development Executive to manage civil maintenance and construction projects while generating new business opportunities. The role combines site supervision with client interaction and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, creating business opportunities.
• Visit clients, conduct meetings and present project proposals.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q), quotations and detailed project proposals.
• Supervise civil maintenance and construction works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines and completion.

Required profile

• Practical experience in civil maintenance or construction.
• Strong knowledge of B.O.Q preparation and project execution.
• Excellent client‑handling and communication skills.
• Sales, marketing or business development experience is preferred.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory; UAE experience preferred.
