Cleaner / Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Hotels in Dubai

About the role

Join the dedicated housekeeping team of Dubai’s premier 5‑star luxury hotels and resorts. As a Cleaner / Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure guest rooms, public areas and dining venues meet immaculate luxury standards, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and maintain luxury hotel guest rooms, lobbies, corridors and public amenities according to strict 5‑star standards.
• Strip, clean and remake guest beds with crisp linens, manage towel changes and replenish room supplies.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, polish fixtures and mop hard surfaces using commercial‑grade cleaning products.
• Thoroughly wash, sanitize and restock hotel bathrooms, ensuring full hygiene compliance.
• Report damaged fixtures, missing items or maintenance issues promptly while maintaining guest confidentiality.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid South African passport.
• Proven experience as a cleaner, housekeeper or room attendant, preferably in luxury hotels or high‑end properties.
• Strong physical stamina, high attention to detail and ability to perform manual cleaning duties throughout full shifts.
• Good basic English communication skills with a polite, respectful and reliable demeanor.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate full‑time to Dubai, UAE.
