Cleaning Operations Lead – Soft FM

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Cleaning Operations Lead to oversee cleaning services across multiple client sites in Dubai. The role involves managing teams, ensuring service quality, handling client relationships and supporting the launch of new contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regular, deep, post‑construction, floor, carpet, glass and façade cleaning across all sites.
• Launch new sites and contracts, conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Plan shifts, allocate cleaners and supervisors, and arrange urgent staff replacements.
• Control attendance, discipline, productivity and maintain KPI reporting.
• Recruit, onboard and train cleaning personnel at all levels.
• Select appropriate cleaning machines, tools and chemicals, manage dilution, equipment maintenance and stock levels.
• Prepare schedules, checklists, inspection reports and before‑after photo documentation.
• Maintain employee and client data in the CRM and coordinate emergency work.
• Respond to client requests, complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication.
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping or Soft FM, managing cleaners across several sites.
• Proven experience launching new sites and contracts.
• Valid UAE driving licence with at least three years driving experience and willingness to travel daily between sites.
• Availability to work outside standard hours when required.
• Comfortable using Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, WhatsApp and photo‑reporting tools.

• 5‑day work week, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM Dubai time.
