Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton Al Wadi Hotel ensures that every guest space – rooms, public areas and service zones – meets the brand’s luxury standards. You will work on the hotel floor, delivering a seamless, memorable experience through meticulous cleaning and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobby and other public areas to Ritz‑Carlton quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and supplies as needed.
• Move throughout the property, lifting, carrying and placing objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security and confidentiality policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform and communication at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull and carry items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality standards.
