Client Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Client Acquisition Specialist will support Emirates Investment Bank’s client acquisition agenda by identifying high‑net‑worth prospects, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM discipline and coordinating handovers to Relationship Managers. The role ensures prospects are properly assessed, tracked and progressed through the acquisition funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Research affluent and HNW prospects using approved data sources, build targeted prospect lists and maintain prospect databases.
• Contact prospects, conduct structured qualification discussions and assess banking and investment needs.
• Maintain complete CRM records, manage lead routing, workflow administration and monitor service‑level targets.
• Schedule prospect meetings with Relationship Managers, coordinate handovers and track progression to onboarding.
• Produce weekly and monthly acquisition reports, dashboards and KPI updates, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
• Support acquisition campaigns, client events and referral programmes, preparing campaign data and target audiences.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory expectations and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field; professional qualifications in sales, banking or wealth management are a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, sales support or business development, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic strongly preferred.
