Client Advisor - Leasing & Sales

About the role

VIP Brokerage, one of the top 10 brokerages in Abu Dhabi, is building a team of ambitious, results‑driven real‑estate professionals. This role is performance‑driven, offering unlimited earning potential rather than a fixed salary, and provides access to premium inventory, qualified leads and leading developers from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage new client relationships.
• Advise buyers and investors on suitable property opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and project presentations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Negotiate offers and close successful transactions.
• Build a strong personal brand and referral network.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real‑estate market, pricing, and new launches.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of real‑estate sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated with a positive, target‑oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and excellent client service.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing team.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.
