Client Advisor – Luxury Watch Retail

About the role

Join Jaeger-LeCoultre’s boutique in Dubai Mall as a Client Advisor, representing the renowned watchmaker and delivering exceptional service to high‑net‑worth clientele. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining the boutique’s visual standards, and fostering lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while adhering to KPIs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment in line with brand standards.
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and inventory management, including receiving and stocking products.
• Engage proactively with clients, identify their preferences, and provide personalized after‑sales service.
• Present Jaeger‑LeCoultre timepieces with in‑depth knowledge of history, collections, and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Passionate about luxury watchmaking and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watchmaking or jewellery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
