Client Advisor – Private Equity, M&A & Infrastructure

About the role

Marsh Specialty is seeking a Client Advisor / Assistant Vice President to help grow its PEMA business across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Based in Dubai, the role supports private equity firms, corporates, infrastructure sponsors and financial institutions with due diligence, transactional solutions, regional infrastructure advisory, portfolio solutions and strategic consultancy, and involves regular regional travel and collaboration with Marsh colleagues across multiple practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support the growth of Marsh Specialty’s PEMA business across MEA.
• Advise clients on M&A insurance, transactional risk and infrastructure solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with investment funds, corporates, insurers, law firms and advisors.
• Deliver due diligence reports and coordinate multi‑workstream projects.
• Support infrastructure advisory, project finance and risk management work.
• Contribute to thought leadership, business development and team mentoring.
• Work across Marsh practices to deliver integrated client solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in M&A advisory, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance or infrastructure advisory.
• Strong knowledge of transaction documents and deal processes.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Risk, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related field.
• Regional experience in the Middle East or emerging markets is preferred.
