Client Advisor – Russian Speaking (Luxury Retail)

About the role

The Client Advisor will join Burberry’s flagship store at The Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi, delivering personalised luxury experiences to a discerning clientele. This position focuses on building strong relationships, providing expert styling advice and representing the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients through proactive engagement.
• Deliver an elevated luxury experience that aligns with Burberry’s brand values and service standards.
• Provide tailored styling recommendations based on individual client preferences.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to exceed client expectations and achieve commercial targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Burberry collections, craftsmanship and product categories.
• Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to foster an inclusive, high‑performing retail environment.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian with conversational English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, or a customer‑focused environment.
• Passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional client experiences.
