Client & Business Development Manager – APAC & Middle East

About the role

Training The Street is looking for a highly organised, client‑friendly professional to drive growth of its training programmes across APAC and the Middle East. Based in Dubai (or Abu Dhabi), the role works closely with the Head of Business Development and regional teams to manage client accounts, shape solutions and support marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage selected client accounts across APAC and the Middle East, act as day‑to‑day contact and ensure timely, professional responses.
• Support business development by following up with existing clients and warm prospects, using a consultative, solution‑selling approach.
• Prepare and customise proposals, agendas and contract paperwork while keeping Salesforce updated with accurate opportunity data.
• Coordinate the full programme lifecycle from opportunity confirmation to delivery, handling logistics, trainer briefings and post‑programme reporting.
• Assist regional marketing efforts, including planning public courses, events and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• 3–7 years experience in program management, account management, client service or sales support.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and a polished professional demeanor.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to link client needs to pipeline growth.
• Eligibility to work in the UAE (or ability to obtain a UAE work visa).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for proposal drafting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation development.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
