Client Enablement Manager – Abu Dhabi Food Hub

About the role

The Client Enablement Manager at Abu Dhabi Food Hub, part of AD Ports Group, leads the end‑to‑end onboarding of new tenants, ensuring rapid activation of services and early revenue generation for the hub.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding for tenants across all pavilion types, managing documentation, licensing, and operational activation.
• Facilitate adoption of the Operation Management System (OMS) and related digital platforms, providing training, support, and troubleshooting.
• Identify tenant needs and work with the Growth team to upsell additional services from the Food Hub catalogue.
• Act as primary point of contact for tenants during onboarding, liaising with internal teams such as Licensing, IT, Sales, and Legal.
• Lead, coach, and develop the community engagement team, overseeing on‑site staff and contractors, and ensuring safety and service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client onboarding, enablement or customer success within logistics, real estate or industrial zones.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
