Client Experience Executive

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and organized Client Experience Executive to be the welcoming face of our premium pet care facility in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for pet owners, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for both clients and their pets across our daycare, boarding, grooming, and hydrotherapy services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, build strong relationships, and manage front‑office operations including bookings, check‑ins, and check‑outs.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and relay pet owners’ instructions to operational teams.
• Handle client communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Process invoices, payments, memberships, and maintain daily attendance records.
• Provide updates, photos, videos, and follow‑ups for boarding, grooming, daycare, and hydrotherapy services.
• Maintain clear communication between front‑office and back‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Address complaints professionally and keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for dogs, cats, and animal welfare.
• Minimum 2 years experience in receptionist, front‑office, administration, or a similar role.
• Experience in the pet industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Positive, smiling attitude with a team‑oriented mindset.
