Client Experience Manager – Luxury Boutique

About the role

The Client Experience Manager will be the face of an internationally recognised fine jewellery maison in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to boutique management, you will ensure every visitor receives a warm, exclusive and seamless experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome each client with a personalised, high‑touch approach that creates an immediate sense of exclusivity.
• Manage the full client journey from arrival through departure, coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth boutique flow.
• Build authentic relationships with UHNW individuals, VIPs and private collectors through intelligent conversation and attentive service.
• Anticipate client needs, respond proactively and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
• Oversee VIP client visits, preparing boutique teams, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Support the planning and execution of exclusive events, private viewings and bespoke experiences.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors and boutique staff to maintain flawless service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
