Client Interface Manager

About the role

Since 2012, Khazna has become the leading wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa. We are seeking a Client Interface Manager to lead the relationship between Khazna Data Center and its clients throughout the project lifecycle. The role serves as the primary client interface, ensuring client requirements, technical expectations, schedules, commercial obligations, operational needs, and acceptance criteria are effectively coordinated and delivered from pre‑construction through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior interface between Khazna Data Center and clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Capture, manage, and track client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical interfaces, comments, approvals, and specifications.
• Lead client design reviews and pre‑construction approvals.
• Organise client site visits, inspections, audits, and progress meetings.
• Ensure client commitments and milestones are reflected in project programmes.
• Provide accurate and timely project progress updates to clients.
• Coordinate client participation in testing and commissioning activities.
• Manage client comments and observations through to closure.
• Review project changes for scope, cost, schedule, and technical impacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, project management, or client management.
• Significant experience in data centres, hyperscale, or mission‑critical projects.
• Proven experience working directly with hyperscale or major technology clients.
• Strong risk management, problem‑solving, and programme awareness abilities.
