Client Service Advisor

About the role

As a Client Service Advisor at Chanel, you will be the first point of contact for clients reaching out via phone, WhatsApp or email. You will deliver the iconic Chanel luxury experience by providing personalized assistance, product advice and swift resolution of inquiries. This role supports boutique teams and ensures a seamless omni‑channel service for a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries independently across phone, WhatsApp and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Provide product information and storytelling that reflects Chanel’s heritage and values.
• Diagnose issues, propose immediate solutions, and, when necessary, prepare case proposals for senior advisors.
• Collaborate with boutique staff and internal functional teams to guarantee consistent client experiences.
• Guide clients through troubleshooting, navigation of services and personalized assistance.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate functional teams, delivering clear data and insights.
• Act as a communication channel for outbound client engagements supporting internal strategies.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for luxury brands.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
