Client Service Associate – Elite Banking (Emiratization)

About the role

At RAKBANK, the Client Service Associate – Elite Banking supports elite customers by delivering seamless service experiences. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Client Services – Elite & Select Banking, you will work closely with Relationship Managers and various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary service support contact for Elite Banking customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of requests and enquiries.
• Support Relationship Managers in managing customer portfolios and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Process customer requests including account servicing, credit card applications, product fulfilment, and maintenance requests.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding by ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies and regulations.
• Promote digital banking channels and assist customers in adopting self‑service solutions.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for banking, wealth, insurance, mortgage, and investment products.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor service requests and complaints to meet agreed SLAs and maintain accurate records in compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Commerce or a related discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience in Retail Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Management Support, Customer Service or Relationship Management Support.
• Experience serving affluent or high‑net‑worth customers is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking products, onboarding, KYC, AML, investments, bancassurance and wealth management solutions.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
