Client Service Associate – Part‑Time (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Join Cartier as a Client Service Associate and play a key role in delivering a seamless after‑sales experience for luxury clients. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will support UAE national clients throughout their service journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Cartier’s standards of excellence. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience within a global luxury environment in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional after‑sales service and support to clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for service‑related inquiries.
• Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care.
• Monitor service files and ensure timely follow‑up and communication.
• Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and after‑sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in client service (luxury experience a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Interest in jewellery, watches and after‑sales service.
• Comfortable using systems and tools such as MS Office and CRM.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
