Client Services Manager

About the role

The Manager, Client Services supports the Elite Banking business segments by handling daily operational matters and delivering high‑quality service to both new and existing clients. Embedded with the sales team yet independent, the role works closely with the Head of Elite Client Support to standardise front‑line services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide unbiased, high‑quality service to assigned clients via phone, email or in‑person.
• Act as the primary client contact in the absence of the Relationship Manager (RM).
• Assist RMs with account opening and closing, ensuring compliance and KYC checks are completed accurately.
• Follow up with clients to obtain required documentation within set timeframes and escalate issues as needed.
• Process client transfers, remittances, fixed deposits, FX deals and obtain special rates, adhering to agreed turnaround times.
• Generate and circulate monthly MIS reports to identify delays and improve processes.
• Coordinate with Investment Desk, TED, AMO, Custody and Securities for end‑to‑end trade follow‑up.
• Communicate process gaps and improvement opportunities to the Quality Assurance team.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills; multilingual ability is an advantage.
• Demonstrates professional discretion, strong work ethics and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Committed to personal development through internal and external training.
• Adheres to bank timings and work structure, supporting Elite Head and Team Leaders in coordination and administration.
