Client Services Officer – Bilingual (Arabic/English)

About the role

Tickmill is seeking a bilingual Client Services Officer to join its Dubai team. You will provide professional support to clients across multiple channels, helping them with account management, trading platform issues, and product education.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Handle account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues related to trading platforms, trade execution, and technical functionality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients on Tickmill’s products, platforms, tools, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or sales within a regulated financial services environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• College or university degree.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication abilities.
• Professionalism, self‑motivation, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to work public holidays and morning shifts (09:00‑18:00 Dubai time).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
