About the role
The role focuses on expanding cash and trade services for First Abu Dhabi Bank across the UAE, working closely with coverage teams and relationship managers to deliver innovative financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop cash and trade business opportunities across various UAE industries.
- Guide cash and trade product growth in partnership with coverage teams and relationship managers.
- Design and implement innovative cash and trade solutions, including structuring complex trade deals and responding to RFPs.
- Develop bespoke open‑account solutions such as supply‑chain finance (SCF) and receivable financing (RF) to enhance customer experience.
- Drive CASA growth by structuring liquidity and liability solutions.
- Manage fraud and compliance risks proactively while ensuring regulatory oversight.
- Promote digital channel adoption for existing and new customers.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and collaborate on credit proposals and transactional risk management.
