Client Solutions Lead – Utilities & Fintech (Dubai)

About the role

The Client Solutions Lead will drive growth for TikTok’s key verticals in utilities and fintech across the Middle East. Working within the Global Business Solutions team, you will partner with sales, product, and operations to deliver tailored advertising solutions that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute vertical‑specific strategies, playbooks and best‑practice frameworks in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead the Client Solutions Team (CST) on process updates, product prioritisation and adoption of mobile‑app focused ad products.
• Resolve complex client issues by coordinating with ad operations, engineering, product development and creative teams.
• Conduct market research, client analysis and provide data‑driven recommendations to grow advertiser spend.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high‑performing, client‑centric culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or client services within digital performance marketing; mobile‑app industry experience is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with strong project‑management, analytical and strategic‑thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance‑driven advertisers and understand their challenges.
