Client Solutions Manager - Utilities, Dubai

About the role

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) team drives advertising innovation and offers scalable solutions for brands to connect with audiences. The Client Solutions Manager works closely with the sales team to support client objectives and provide best-in-class service to internal and external clients. The role negotiates and optimizes complex opportunities, uses data and analytics to build consultative solutions, and strengthens key client relationships with a focus on revenue, advertiser education and advertiser satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue for advertisers
• Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to client needs
• Grow revenue, educate clients and lead upsell conversations after the initial sale
• Spearhead client education on products and product updates
• Outline and oversee measurement strategies, including tracking metrics and identifying performance optimization opportunities
• Resolve client issues through escalation and troubleshooting, and coach clients and agencies to better results

Required profile

• 5+ years of campaign management experience
• Russian and Turkish language proficiency alongside English, due to the needs of the Russian and Turkish markets
• Mobile marketing background with familiarity with relevant KPIs
• Experience in account management or client services in digital marketing or ad tech
• Background in performance advertising and managing complex, scaling challenges

Required skills

• Experience with auction-based ad networks
• Strong analytical skills to derive data-driven insights
• Preferred: experience diagnosing technical problems with product and engineering teams, knowledge of the apps industry, and familiarity with measurement frameworks and attribution models
