Client Support Officer - Night Shift

About the role

Equiti Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Support Officer to join its Retail Operations team on the night shift in Dubai. You will deliver professional, efficient, and accurate assistance to clients across multiple channels, helping them navigate trading platforms and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service via email, phone and live chat, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Guide clients on using trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and company portals, and assist with financial transactions together with the Payments team.
• Maintain accurate documentation, upload/download client information, and handle account maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to client enquiries.
• Contribute to policy development, process improvement, and ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related business field.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within finance or banking.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (including formulas).
• Knowledge of foreign‑exchange (FX) markets.
• Familiarity with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
