About the role

Provide comprehensive administrative support to physician clinics at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, enabling nursing and medical staff to focus on delivering quality clinical care. This position is based in the Accident & Emergency department.

Key responsibilities

Provide administration support to Clinic Physicians.
Provide patient administration support in the outpatient setting.
Ensure clinical and non‑clinical stock is sufficient and effectively controlled.
Actively promote patient satisfaction.
Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate medical insurance information for patients.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent (essential).
At least 1 year experience in an administrative or similar position in a healthcare setting (essential).

Required skills

Basic medical terminology.
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of patient care support procedures.
Insurance claim procedures.
Stock control principles and management.
