Clinic Administrator – OPD Paediatrics

About the role

The Clinic Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the OPD Paediatrics physicians, allowing nursing and medical staff to concentrate on delivering high‑quality clinical care. This full‑time, onsite position is based at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver administrative assistance to clinic physicians.
• Manage patient administration in the outpatient setting.
• Monitor and control clinical and non‑clinical stock levels.
• Promote patient satisfaction through efficient service.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical insurance information for patients.

Required profile

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desired: Secretarial Diploma.
• Essential: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• All applicants will be considered, with preference given to qualified candidates.

Required skills

• Basic medical terminology.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of patient‑care support procedures.
• Understanding of insurance claim procedures.
• Stock control principles and management.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
