About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Sharjah and reports to the senior leadership of Dr. Dalia Siddig Medical Center. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, lead clinic staff, ensure high‑quality patient care, and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage clinic budgets and control expenses.
- Supervise training and development programmes for staff.
- Improve customer service standards and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of medical practices and UAE healthcare regulations.
- Experience in staff training and development.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a clinic in the UAE.
