Clinic Manager – Healthcare Operations

About the role

A leading healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure the delivery of high‑quality patient care. The role requires proactive leadership, strong operational oversight, and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support and coordinate with the clinical team to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Monitor clinic performance and implement operational improvements where needed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Manage administrative processes, staff coordination, and resource planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation and effective use of clinic management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic desirable but not essential).
• Assertive, compassionate, proactive and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Nabidh system experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing outpatient clinic operations and UAE healthcare systems.
