About the role

Adam Vital Healthcare is launching a new multispecialty clinic in Al Khawaneej, Dubai, and seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to lead daily operations. The role focuses on overseeing clinical and administrative workflows, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and driving operational efficiency in a high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operational, administrative, and clinical support workflows across the multispecialty facility.
• Supervise, guide, and schedule clinic personnel to maintain productivity, teamwork, and service quality.
• Oversee patient relationship management, uphold quality standards, and resolve service inquiries.
• Coordinate administrative resources, manage inter‑departmental communication, and ensure smooth facility operations.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize clinical workflows and service delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, preferably as a Clinic Manager in a multispecialty setting.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong communication abilities.
• Proven team leadership and operational coordination skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare administrative practices.
• Familiarity with patient relationship management systems.
