Clinic Sales Manager (Patient-Focused)

About the role

Joint Space Polyclinic is looking for a confident, proactive Clinic Sales Manager to work directly with patients and turn practitioner recommendations into confirmed bookings. This hands‑on, patient‑facing sales role sits at the intersection of clinical care and customer service, supporting patients through pricing, scheduling and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with patients in‑clinic and support referrals from practitioners.
• Explain recommended services, pricing and booking options clearly.
• Identify and resolve practical concerns that may prevent a booking, without pressure.
• Coordinate with reception to arrange appointments and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records of referrals, conversations and confirmed bookings while working towards conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a clinic or healthcare facility.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Confident face‑to‑face communication with patients about services and pricing.
• Proactive attitude and ability to initiate conversations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, comfortable working towards targets.
