About the role
Dermazone Laser & Cosmetic Center is looking for an organized Clinic Supervisor to manage daily operations of its Dubai facility, ensuring high standards of patient care and efficient administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise front‑desk, medical support and administrative staff, evaluating performance and providing guidance.
- Optimize patient scheduling and treatment flow to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve operational challenges and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental activities and oversee day‑to‑day facility administration.
Required profile
- Prior supervisory experience in healthcare, dermatology or aesthetic operations.
- Mandatory fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
- Experience within the UAE healthcare sector.
Required skills
- Team leadership and staff coordination.
- Patient service management and operational planning.
