Clinical Consultant

About the role

The Clinical Consultant leads clinical discussions with healthcare customers during the sales and opportunity phases, providing expert guidance on workflow optimisation and product integration. Working under limited supervision, the role combines clinical knowledge with solution implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical discussions and conduct detailed workflow assessments to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Deliver advanced training on Philips Enterprise Informatics solutions and support solution implementation.
• Provide tailored product demonstrations and resolve complex troubleshooting and support tasks.
• Manage project‑related activities, including planning, execution, documentation and handling customer escalations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare consulting, clinical education, clinical practice or related areas.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus; willingness to travel up to 80% across the Middle East and Africa.
