About the role
The Clinical Data Senior Specialist will manage end‑to‑end clinical research data activities for studies within the College of Medicine and Health Sciences. The role acts as the primary contact for all data‑management functions, ensuring data quality from study start‑up through database lock.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of clinical research data, from study initiation to database lock.
- Design, implement, validate, and maintain electronic data capture systems, with a focus on REDCap.
- Serve as the main point of contact for data‑management queries and issues.
- Ensure high‑quality data delivery, conduct quality control and assurance activities, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, data collection tools, electronic databases, and QC reports.
- Provide training and support to internal teams, faculty, and external collaborators.
