About the role

The Clinical Education Manager – Interventional Urology will drive clinical excellence and product adoption across Emerging Markets and APAC from Dubai, delivering high‑impact education to healthcare professionals, medical staff and business partners. Reporting to the Senior Clinical Education Manager, the role bridges clinical expertise with commercial strategy to ensure consistent, high‑quality training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programs on the interventional urology portfolio to healthcare professionals and medical staff, ensuring safe and effective product use.
• Educate and upskill distributors and business partners to maintain consistent knowledge and positioning across markets.
• Lead onboarding and certification programs for new hires across clinical, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Design, develop, and continuously enhance training modules, educational materials, and digital learning tools.
• Adapt content to meet regional needs while maintaining global standards and messaging consistency.
• Partner with Marketing to plan and execute educational initiatives, workshops, and scientific events.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to align training with business objectives.
