Clinical Manager – Head of Clinical for Middle East & Africa

About the role

Lead the clinical function for the Middle East and Africa region, reporting to the regional management team. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing clinical team, delivering education programs, and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and develop Clinical Liaisons and Education Specialists, overseeing onboarding, performance, and succession planning.
• Design and deliver clinical education programs for orthodontists and general practitioners, ensuring scientific accuracy.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and regional/global clinical leaders to drive product adoption and innovation.
• Monitor clinical KPIs, report on team impact, and lead change‑management initiatives related to structure and roles.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while promoting continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Dentistry; postgraduate education in Orthodontics or Healthcare Management preferred.
• 6+ years of people‑management experience in clinical education or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
