Clinical Provider – Telehealth (Sharjah)

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Clinical Provider, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. The role is freelance and remote, offering flexible business hours and the option to supplement existing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth (or onsite) mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
• Manage clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• ICF coaches: minimum 200 coaching hours; Counsellors/Clinical Psychologists: minimum 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

Required skills

• Coaching techniques and evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), etc.
