About the role

Capital Ambulance is seeking qualified Arabic‑speaking Clinical Psychologists to join its team in Al Ain. The role involves conducting psychological assessments and providing evidence‑based therapeutic interventions for adolescents and adults within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments for adolescents and adults.
• Provide evidence‑based psychological interventions and therapy sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assessment records.
• Provide psychological support in school‑based therapy settings.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Valid DOH License or eligibility letter and an activated DHA/MOH license as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Strong skills in psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English and mandatory Arabic language skills.
• Willingness to work in school‑based therapy settings.
