Clinical Psychologist

About the role

The Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessments and evidence‑based clinical interventions to individuals and groups, adhering to strict professional and ethical standards. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat and monitor mental health conditions, ensuring confidentiality and high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews, psychological assessments and observations to identify and diagnose emotional, behavioural and psychological issues.
• Develop, implement and regularly review personalized treatment plans and therapeutic processes.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing sessions and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to evaluate clients’ psychological conditions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and ensure safe storage of documentation.
• Participate in clinical training seminars and mentor assistant psychologists, students and interns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree (MSc, MA, M.Phil) with at least two years of postgraduate study.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Clinical Psychologist, including assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health problems.
• Proficiency in planning and delivering psychological interventions and maintaining consistent clinical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and current awareness of developments in the field.
