Close Protection Officer – UHNWI (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Close Protection Officer to provide discreet, professional security for a high‑net‑worth individual (UHNWI) and their family in Dubai and abroad. The successful candidate will combine a strong military or security background with excellent physical fitness and the ability to manage both personal protection and fleet logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver close protection to the principal and family during daily activities, travel, school runs, and errands.
• Coordinate security personnel and fleet operations locally and on international trips.
• Conduct advance work and detailed risk assessments for upcoming destinations.
• Identify potential threats and implement preventative security measures.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the existing security team to maintain high standards.
• Assist with travel logistics, luggage handling, and occasional administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Military or equivalent high‑level security/protection background.
• Proven experience protecting UHNWIs, VIPs, or prominent individuals.
• Experience coordinating security teams and fleet operations.
• EU, UK or US passport holder, aged 32‑40.
• Excellent physical fitness and well‑built physique.
• Strong communication, discretion, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Defensive driving experience.
• Martial arts or self‑defence training (desirable).
• International security experience.
