Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

A Cloud Infrastructure Engineer designs, deploys, automates and maintains the core cloud and on-premise IT systems that keep applications reliable, secure and scalable. The workplace is on-site in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or OpenStack), virtual machines, storage and compute resources
• Write IaC scripts with tools such as Terraform or Ansible to automate provisioning and reduce manual errors
• Help build and maintain CI/CD pipelines alongside development and SRE teams
• Administer Linux/Windows servers, manage packages and file systems, and configure networks, VLANs, load balancers and firewalls
• Monitor system health, resource usage and uptime dashboards, and troubleshoot outages and incidents
• Implement security best practices and manage identity and access

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or cloud engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent practical experience

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or private cloud stacks such as OpenStack
• Scripting (Bash, Python) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Strong Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and/or Windows Server administration
