Club Millesime Agent (Front Office Supervisor)

About the role

We are looking for a Club Millesime Agent to join the front‑office team at Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk. The role focuses on delivering premium service to Club guests, handling check‑in/out, cashiering, foreign‑exchange and guest enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Greet Club guests warmly and register arrivals following established procedures.
• Perform check‑in, check‑out and room change operations, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Maintain the cashier float, process personal and traveller checks, and handle currency exchange.
• Coordinate with butlers to fulfil guest requests and follow‑up on special requirements.
• Provide information and assistance for guest inquiries, reservations and other services.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a front‑office or guest‑relations role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with cash and financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
