Club Prive Runner

About the role

We are looking for a Club Prive Runner to join our team at Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi. You will provide courteous, personalized service to club members and guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests courteously and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to club service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests or concerns promptly.
• Handle bills, payments, and transactions accurately where applicable.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding club members and operations.
• Assist with setup and closing duties and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wine and food pairing principles.
• Food safety and hygiene certifications.
