Cluster Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a Cluster Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition you will attract, identify and hire top talent across the Dubai cluster, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to ensure a seamless recruitment process and strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate end‑to‑end talent acquisition activities, from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and HR leadership to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, career fairs and referrals.
• Conduct screening, competency‑based interviews and assessments, and manage offer and pre‑employment processes.
• Maintain talent pipelines, monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.
• Promote employer branding initiatives and build relationships with external partners and educational institutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a service‑driven industry.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and recruitment best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems.
