Cluster Commercial Director

About the role

The Cluster Commercial Director will shape and execute the commercial strategy for a group of Hilton hotels, driving revenue across rooms, food & beverage, spa, events and other profit centres. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will work closely with operations, revenue, sales and marketing leaders to meet and exceed financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual commercial strategy and budget, using Hilton’s Commercial Focus process and business intelligence tools.
• Drive total revenue performance across all segments and channels while optimizing market share and cost of sale.
• Partner with Operations, Revenue, Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to achieve commercial targets for rooms, F&B, spa, events and ancillary services.
• Support pricing and inventory planning in collaboration with the centralized Revenue team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, Hilton Worldwide Sales and business partners to generate new opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Represent the hotel in commercial reviews, area calls and stakeholder presentations.
• Align local marketing, e‑commerce and public‑relations activities with the hotel’s commercial vision.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing commercial team across sales, conferences, events, marketing, PR and reservations.
• Ensure commercial systems and tools are fully utilised in daily decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability across multiple hotel departments.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Effective communicator and presenter at regional and owner‑level meetings.
