Cluster Manager – Digital & Technology Services (Super Premium Schools)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Cluster Manager – Digital & Technology Services to lead the technology strategy and service delivery across its Super Premium schools in Abu Dhabi. The role will shape how digital and technology solutions support teaching, learning and operational excellence throughout the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for digital infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity across all Super Premium schools.
• Ensure technology services are secure, reliable and aligned with each school’s educational and operational priorities.
• Collaborate closely with school leadership teams and Aldar Education’s central Digital and Enterprise Services function.
• Drive service excellence, consistency and innovation to enhance the experience of students, staff and the wider school community.
• Oversee service support, technology‑enabled improvement initiatives and continuous performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in education‑focused technology management.
• Track record of managing technology services across multiple school sites.
• Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, cybersecurity and service support within an educational context.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and align technology initiatives with strategic educational goals.
