Cluster People & Culture Manager

About the role

The Cluster People & Culture Manager will lead HR initiatives across the hotel, driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and performance excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape a high‑morale workplace where learning and development are central.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and forecasting the hotel manpower budget in coordination with senior leadership.
• Develop and implement the annual HR strategic plan aligned with the hotel’s overall objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and performance appraisal processes.
• Design and deliver training programs, induction sessions, and career‑development pathways.
• Implement employee satisfaction surveys, reward & recognition programs, and action plans based on feedback.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation and corporate governance standards.
• Collaborate daily with the GM and department heads on manpower planning, people development, and operational support.
• Maintain HR operating procedures, conduct audits, and manage payroll monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management within the hospitality or similar service industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural transformation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
