Cluster Revenue Analyst – Dubai Festival City

About the role

The Cluster Revenue Analyst will support the revenue strategy for IHG’s Dubai Festival City cluster, which includes four hotels and over 1,600 rooms. You will be responsible for pricing, forecasting and analysing market trends to maximise top‑line revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adjust pricing strategies, monitor rates and ensure rate parity across all booking channels.
• Prepare 12‑month revenue forecasts and conduct daily forecasts by market segment for 30‑90 day windows.
• Perform competitive and demand analysis, track market trends and adjust inventory distribution accordingly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to design promotions and packages aligned with the overall strategy.
• Maintain distribution channel data integrity, work with the connectivity team and ensure accurate commission codes.
• Review reservations, arrivals, deposits and manage no‑show and cancellation charges.
