Cluster Sales Executive – Corporate

About the role

As a Cluster Sales Executive – Corporate you will be the face of Hilton’s hospitality brand, creating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships across the Dubai market. You will work closely with hotel departments to ensure every guest experience reflects Hilton’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analysing local market trends and competitor activity.
• Grow existing customer accounts through relationship building and on‑site visits.
• Negotiate and secure group and corporate bookings, preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives tailored to the market.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design comprehensive sales programmes and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and provide regular updates to sales leadership.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries, supporting conversion and satisfaction.
