Join our Hotels team and brighten guests' days by delivering memorable hospitality experiences. As a Cluster Sales Executive – Corporate you will secure new business opportunities and drive revenue across the hotel cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams.
• Grow customer accounts by building relationships with existing customers and traveling locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster.
• Negotiate and contract effectively, securing group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
• Develop local marketing initiatives, leveraging creative channels tailored to the local market to support business growth.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other hotel departments to create exceptional guest experiences and comprehensive sales programs.
• Provide visibility into sales efforts by maintaining detailed records of activity and delivering timely updates to sales leadership.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction.
