Cluster Sales Manager – Leisure

About the role

The Cluster Sales Manager – Leisure will lead revenue generation for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai, focusing on high‑net‑worth leisure travellers, families and groups. You will shape and execute sales strategies that boost bookings, maximise revenue and enhance the guest experience across both properties.

Key responsibilities

• Drive leisure revenue by targeting affluent travellers, luxury vacationers, families and leisure groups in key source markets.
• Identify and develop holiday packages, exclusive offers, seasonal promotions and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, travel agencies and corporate partners.
• Deliver tailored sales strategies to increase bookings and optimise revenue per available room.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and revenue teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality or leisure sector.
• Proven track record of generating revenue from high‑net‑worth and group clientele.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent market research and commercial analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury‑focused environment.
